“脉动心”（Pumping Heart），作为“开启家门”的第五届展览，新型集团想给这次展览赋予心脏的象征。心脏是身心的本源，拥有生命的力量；心脏输出的热血，旋转全身，给身心灌注生命，然后回归本源。正如热血的循环一样，我们从亚洲人的视线，再看以欧美为中心的当代美术。我们是世界中处于亚洲的，是亚洲里处于韩国的，是韩国内处于釜山的。我们应要声明，这种认识并非依靠“中心—边缘”理论，主张再布置美术权力。相形之下，我们想说，共处于这个星球的世界人，正像出于心脏、归于心脏的热血一样，一有真心真意，能共有生命的力量。这就是我们的认识和希望。北京是正在升为世界美术界的新心脏的。我们希望，在北京开展这次活动，得到圆满成功，试探新型集团的可能性。
"Pumping Heart," the fifth exhibition of the project <OPEN THE HOUSE>, symbolizes the beating of the heart full of dynamic and positive energy, with the intention of changing the focus of contemporary art from the West to Korea in Asia, especially artists themselves in Busan, like hot blood circulating through the body after being pumped from the heart and going back to the heart to put life into the body.
It means people who share dynamic and positive power originated from their hearts and mine as they live together on earth, rather than insisting on the rearrangement of power in art; center and margin. In addition, this exhibition will be a good opportunity to confirm the potential NEWFORM has as it is hosted in Beijing which is emerging as a new heart of global art.
